Dopa Gamer is a premium mobile gaming experience delivered inside a custom-built gaming trailer. We bring high-end PlayStation 5 setups, racing simulators, and optional VR experiences directly to your event, party, or venue.

We arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled time to park and set up the trailer, organise the generator connection, run system checks, and prepare the gaming stations. Once the session starts, our host manages the experience, hands out wrist bands for each gamer, helps players rotate, explains games, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Travel fees, including tolls, may apply depending on location.

 If you’re farther than 30km from Riverwood, feel free to contact us to discuss availability.

We may still be able to accommodate your booking for an additional travel fee. Get in touch and we’ll discuss options.

Weather will not affect the main gaming experience. The trailer is fully enclosed, climate-controlled, and weatherproof.

For safety reasons, Meta Quest headsets included in the Premium Package are used outdoors and may be unavailable if it’s raining

No — everything is covered. The trailer includes 5G Mobile Broadband  for online gaming, though performance may be affected in locations with obstructions like trees or buildings. Regardless, offline gaming is always available so the event runs smoothly.

The Dopa Gamer trailer is over 8 meters long. To allow safe reversing and maneuvering during arrival and setup, we require a parking space equivalent to approximately 4 standard car parking spaces in a straight line.

The parking area must be flat, accessible, and clear of obstacles.

It is the responsibility of the host/renter to ensure the parking space is available and clear before the Dopa Gamer trailer arrives.

If suitable parking is not available on arrival, the event may be delayed, relocated, or cancelled, and additional fees may apply.

Don’t worry — if parking is unavailable, we can relocate the event to a nearby public space or approved venue. We’ll work with you in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Kids 8+ can enjoy the trailer safely without a parent inside, thanks to our qualified team and Games Coaches supervising all activities. A parent or responsible adult should remain on-site for younger children.

Depending on the game selected:

• Up to 16 players on the 4 TVs (4 per TV)
• 2 players on the driving simulators inside the trailer
• 2 players on the Meta Quest headsets outside (Premium Package)

Parties are private bookings for a single group with a structured session.

Events involve multiple participants rotating through the experience and are priced differently due to increased operational requirements.

2. We confirm availability and discuss the details of your event.
3. Payment is made to secure the booking.
4. Once payment is received, you’ll get a booking confirmation email.
5. This email includes a link to choose your preferred games from our Dopa Gamer catalog.
6. Selected games are downloaded and installed in advance for your event.

1. Events and parties can be booked any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
   Bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred date.
   

1. Party Packages start at 1.5–2 hours. Extensions are possible if the trailer is available and no other parties are booked afterward.

Yes. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

We accept bank transfer and other approved payment methods listed during booking.

We offer a curated selection of the best multiplayer games, carefully chosen to guarantee fun, competition and smooth gameplay for events of all ages.

If you have specific games in mind that are not on our main list, just let us know before your event. We’re happy to install requested titles in advance. Guests also have access to the PlayStation game catalogue, giving you even more variety to choose from.

No problem. Our host explains controls, rules, and helps players get started.

Parents are involved in choosing the games ahead of the event, allowing us to tailor the experience to the age group and comfort level of all players, in line with Australian age ratings.

 Absolutely. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos inside and outside the trailer during the event.

 No. Food and drinks are not permitted inside to protect equipment.

No alcohol, smoking, or vaping inside the trailer. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only, away from the gaming area.

Q1: Can we play online multiplayer games at the event?
A: Yes! The Premium Immersion package uses Starlink high-speed internet to enable online multiplayer in supported PS5 games. Guests can compete against friends, join online matches, and access online features.

Q2: Is internet required for all games?
A: No — all games can be played locally on the consoles and racing simulators without internet. Online play is optional and only available with the Premium package.

Q3: How many players can play online at once?
A: Starlink supports multiple online sessions simultaneously, depending on the game. Local multiplayer is available for all 6 PS5 consoles in every package.

Q4: Can the Meta Quest VR headsets be used online?
A: The Meta Quest VR headsets can be used outdoors for VR experiences. Online VR features depend on the game, but Starlink enables supported online VR content.

Q5: Are there any limitations to Starlink internet for gaming?
A: Starlink provides high-speed, low-latency internet suitable for most online games. Some ultra-competitive FPS titles may experience occasional latency variation, but most online multiplayer experiences will run smoothly.
